Kia Ora
My name is Toni and I am a mum of three wonderful children. I am also a mum to 6 chickens, a cat named Milly, a dog named Skye, and 2 lambs named Coco and Cola!
I live in the beautiful Waikato in New Zealand with my family on a dairy farm.
I began my journey with Voice in 2015 to help bring awareness and support to Selective Mutism. Selective Mutism is a cause close to my heart.
Through advocating and supporting my children over the last ten years, alongside helping others navigate SM and anxiety,
I have acquired a wealth of knowledge about mental wellness and the value in holistic therapies.
My passion for helping others has now become my career, especially since graduating from Massey University with a degree in psychology, and becoming a Certified Practitioner in both the Safe and Sound Protocol and iLS Focus Therapy.
But my study hasn't stopped here. I firmly believe in staying current and up to date with the latest therapies and research regarding health and wellness and to never stop learning.
I am excited to be able to offer the iLS and SSP to help improve well being. I love working with children, teens and adults using this holistic tool.

Disclaimer. I am not a clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, or counsellor and do not offer any therapy of this nature. If you would like to access the SSP or iLS for a specific mental health issue/struggle, I recommend you seek advice from a registered Counsellor and / or Psychologist, to make sure you are getting the right therapy and support. There are Registered Psychologists and Counsellors who provide the SSP and iLS Therapy alongside other therapy, whom I would be happy to refer anyone to should they contact me for advice.
